I also design a line called United Pop for Crossings Dept. Store and I also design  for a non-profit organization called ntfp-tf (non-timber forest products task force) where we, a collective group of designers,  created a line called MODI (Modern Indigenous).  In MODI, we create, modernize or reinterpret designs which integrate tribal indigenous crafts. We hope to create jobs for Philippine Indigenous tribes while preserving their culture and respecting them as artisans., We teach the market to view these tribal creations as high value for low volume. We value fair trade for indigenous crafts.

it's been hard starting from scratch for Modi, but slowly and surely we are making headway…

right now, i am focused on figuring out how to integrate my heart's ideals with the reality of my businesses and my talents. i want to find the balance! and still be able to travel and create a sanctuary for my family.

for the big picture, i want to build and create a legacy for my children,  my country and the world.  something of value, something from the path with a heart.
